Houston is located in southeast Texas, a few miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico. Houston is about 240 miles south of Dallas, and 220 miles east of San Antonio.
Unsurprisingly for a city of its size, Houston has many airports available to air travelers. The primary airports are George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and William P. Hobby Airport (HOU). Smaller airports include Ellington Airport, La Porte Municipal Airport, and West Houston Airport.

With a city as large as Houston, there is no shortage of things to do. One of the must-see areas in the city is the museum district, which is home to a huge collection of world-class museums. In the south of the city, visitors should make sure to see the Space Center Houston as well.
